We initially bought this to help our aging Golden with some dental build up and are continuing to use it for our Golden puppy and Shih Tzu puppy with hopes that they can avoid dental surgery later in life. So far, so good, at 10 months and 21 months, they both have shiny pearls in their mouths! The cats also tolerate it well, and we’ve noticed that they both have slightly less stinky breath which is appreciated.
